FeraMax Users - Did I get the right one? (pics)

Hi there, I went to Costco yesterday and asked for FeraMax at the pharmacy, and this is what they gave me.

I asked them, "you don't carry any other kind, this is the only Feramax you carry right?"
She said "No, this is it."

So, I want to be doubly sure and I thought I would ask you folks, who buy their FeraMax at Costco, do I have the right supplement?

And one more thing,

NO!!!! I'm SO thankful for that! No gastro-intestinal issues at all with Feramax.

Not at all. No side effects for me whatsoever. And it can be taken with other meds and food.
