So I hopped on the scale...'cause I just had a feeling....and yup, I did it! Half way to my goal! Woo Hoo!

So what did I do next? I blogged about it ofcourse! LOL

I am a very happy work-in-progress... and I wanted to take the time to THANK all of the inspiring people who post on this forum... you may never truly know how much you are changing lives with your happiness and optimism...

but you are the kind of people that renew my faith in humanity!!!

...especially after the week I had at work...
sometimes the world of policing/law enforcement can be a major downer...bad guys (and girls) doing bad things....

I am so grateful to have a positive place like this OH forum to hang my virtual hat, and soak up some positivity from the world!

So thank you for that :P
