Week 3 post-op Update.
Starting week 3 and I have had so far pouched egg, melba toast, tuna, chicken, mash potatoes, peas, mine you all pureed and yogurt and milk. All is good and I'm toleranting it all. This is so great, love my pouched egg. Weight is down to 287lbs. from 305lbs. after surgery. Optifast weight was 297lbs.
The only thing that is bothering me is my back and ribs, very sore at times.
Will be going to the support group meeting tomorrow night in Whitby, can't wait.
Life is GOOD.

WTG .. just be prepared your weight loss may slow down for a week or so as you are heading into the dreaded and much posted about "three week stall time". Its normal and lasts a few days to a week while your body catches up with what its lost already then back to the normal state of losing! Just saying so you aren't concerned if the scale slows down a bit for a few days!
Sometimes the best support you can get isn't all purple puddles and pink rainbows.
