A belated Surgiversary to me!
So much has changed over the past year. I have hit my goal of 135 (and a 'normal" BMI). I am getting divorced, I am moving in with the new love of my life, I am healthier than ever. I hope that someday soon my body dysmorphia catches up with me, but with therapy and good friends and family, i'm sure that it will.
My diabetes, high cholesteral, sleep apnea have all been cured. My blood pressure was good, but has since risen again. This is probably coupled with my life changes, and very low iron issues i'm having. I have hypoglycemia (which is easily maintained with eating every two hours) and my iron is being taken care of via iron infusions (I just had one of three infusions last Wednesday, and i'm starting to feel less confused and more energetic).
All in all, life is good. My food addiction will always remain, but I am finding myself more and more conditioned at avoiding my 'head hunger' and getting active instead.
Here's some recent pics. :-)
