Stalls, Reflections, scale crazy....(pic)
Also, I think I am hitting my first Stall. Scale moved 0.6lbs for the week, and this morning I discovered that it actually went UP 1lb. WTF? Egad!!!!
I guess now it's time to practice what I preach (maintaining a positive attitude.) *So easy to be positive when you haven't hit a stall yet. Lol*
In an attempt to not get too bat **** crazy about this, I've asked hubby to remove the battery from our digital scale and hide it on me. I've had to admit to myself that I am becoming a little too obsessive about that number not going down, and its not helping my mindset. So looks like I won't be doing a Monday morning weigh-in for a week or two...
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend... today we went hiking in another provincial park...

It sounds like you have a fear of a stall, not a stall. If you lost 0.6 lbs in a week, then you are still losing weight. I also had a week where i lost 0.6 lbs. The following week, I lost 1.6, then 3.2,
My weight can fluctuate during the week. If the scale shows an increase, I ignore it. I know that it is not because I have overeaten that the scale is being finicky. Our bodies can hold onto water weight at various times. Relax.
Love the pic of you and your boys!

You've done amazing, Toni and you will reach your goal if you keep following the rules. You and "your boys" (lol) look great in your picture...healthy and happy!
Like I said in my blog, I have gained so many good things from this surgery ~ a little slow down on the number dropping can't take that away from me!

Without parroting the others, you will hit ups as well as downs once in awhile. I find that (and here comes the "TMI" factor) if I haven't had a BM in a day or two, my weight goes up. I've even weighed myself before and after and found I've lost as much as 2 lbs! (taking into consideration that was urine as well as waste).
I think people think that it's all a downhill slide after surgery, but, just like 'regular dieting', your weight will go up as well as down throughout the process. The important thing is the 'destination' (aka Goal), not how long the journey is to get there - IMO.
