I just found out who the Dr. for my surgery is.....

Hi there, I just found out today that Dr. Scott Gmora is going to perform my surgery on May 31....I never met him before, although I have heard very good comments about him. Has anybody had surgery with him??

Had mine on Friday with him. He is vsry nice and so was the female intern. They both checked on me and explained why I had to stay an extra day. I felt in comfortable with him as I fell a sleep in the operating room.

I've heard very good reviews of Dr. Gmora, Karla. Not to mention, I've heard he's very handsome. LOL

Amazing man!A+ bedside manner (and I work with doctors)- explains everything, makes you feel at such ease and you are never an idiot for asking a ton of questions. I hadn't met him either - even on my surgeon appt day (he had an emergeny and I saw resident) - was no biggie to me but he apologized profusely. LOVE HIM and not hard on the eyes either!

There are risks and costs to a program; but they are far less than the long-range risks and costs of comfortable inaction. -JFK
