Questions about Drinks...of the alcoholic variety...
But when I hit 6 months, I am entering party season... just wondering what you seasoned post-op vets drink... something that keeps the calories at a minimum...
Like Vodka + Crystal Light?
Has anyone tried the SkinnyGirl Margarita Mix? I'm not 100% sure that's what it's called... I always call it Skinny***** Margarita Mix because it's more fun to say....it rolls off the tongue... anyway, apparently it's a low-calorie type deal...
Oh wait... here's a link to the site www.skinnygirl****tails.com/#the-****tails
Has anyone tried these? Are they even in Canada yet?
It's been F O R E V E R since I've been to the liquor store....
Does anyone have any suggestions or recipes that they can recommend?
Curiously yours,

Just make sure you have your first drink at home without company because you may be **** faced after a few sips let alone a whole drink.
My first drink will absolutely be with only my hubby, and maybe my parents around... they are aware of the surgery and the potential side-effects of alcohol on my system...
They always thought I was a light-weight before when it came to alcohol...because I really only used to drink once or twice every two months or so... socially, but not regularly. .. which is why it was easy to give up for WLS...
But now that it's been a while, I think subconciously I want to drink *only* because I am not allowed to ...it's funny how that works.
