Need a little bit of advice!
Have you seen Katie, Lorraine or Mary for your 6month follow up yet?? When I saw Katie at my 6month follow up, she told me that I needed to start eating waayyyy more calories (She said she wanted me to aim for 1300-1700 calories per day). I have hit somewhere in the middle of those numbers "occasionally" but it is extremely rare for me to get that high.
