Ihave been home for two days, and trying to settle into this new life. I wanted to thank everyone for there support, and kind words on the day of my surgery. I'm not going to say this is a cake walk thats for sure. I know some people say oh I regret doing it, but I dont have any regrets, the pain, and discomfort will pass, and the end reward will be amazing. I say the only way to do this is one day at a time. We have to learn all over again. Anyway Thank you to you all!!

The nice thing about this journey, its like child birth, you forget the pain and uncomfortness and then you have this wonderful child to look at.  For all of us the new us that makes it so worthwhile and wonderful.  By the time you get to the 4th month, you will forget about the pain, and learning to eat little and so very slowly.  Looking in the mirror and getting all the positive comments will be worth everything you had to go through. Not to mention, seeing your toes, being able to cut your toe nails, crossing your legs,  not heavy breathing going up stairs, I could go on and on.
I think the saying they regret doing it, passes after a few months.

Take it easy.  All the best to you
