I am going to guess by the that it is up...

Water weight, stool, there are lots of reasons... but I know you know this so I will say it knowing you know....you know? LOL.

Don't weigh yourself so much... you weighed yourself last night before bed and this morning when you woke up.... put the scale away and enjoy life... you can go up and down alllllllll day long... and you are going to drive yourself NUTS this way.

Don't worry, its happened to be a couple of times and also lots of little weight fluctuations of a pound or two.  As long as you are in a downward trend over a week, don't sweat it.  Just follow the rules for post-op eating and exercise and you'll do fine!

do NOT torture yourself by weighing yourself multiple times in one day!!!!!

once a week, or if you can, once every two weeks!!! the TREND is what you're looking at, not the daily fluctuations, you can drive yourself NUTS doing that.

Stop weighing yourself so much. You will drive yourself crazy.

Your weight can change many times throughout the day.

I weigh myself once a week, I get up, go to the bathroom then weigh.

I used to be more obsessed with the scale. Most people are at the beginning.

Step away from the scale LOL

Have a good day

Don't stress! With the humidity in the air yesterday and this morning I am sure we are all retaining a little water and up a bit......

Sweetie, you are going to drive yourself batty weighing yourself so often. SO many things affect your weigh****er retention, time of the month, even sleep depravity...

Get out and enjoy the day, if you seem to think you ate poorly the day before, now is your chance to identify the evils and avoid them.

Your body can flux 10 pounds up to down depending on water balance. There are a thousand factors in that: water, salt, hormonals, glycogen availability, waste matter, what you have been eating and when, exercise and activity, quality of sleep, yadda yadda yadda.

Your body is an intensely complex, beautiful system. You've got to give it some room to do it's thing. Before getting on the scale, assess your level of emotional investment in the number you're going to see, and assess your expectation. If your investment is high or your expectations are high, don't weigh. Wait until the next time you feel calm, and even about it.

Best!
