'Morning everyone,

I've had a couple of stalls (I'm 10 weeks post-op with a VSG) but I guess this is not unusual - just frustrating - lol!  Finally moving again & clothes are still getting looser all the time - gotta love that!!!

The hardest part for me is dealing with the "head hunger" & not having a snack in the evenings (old habits die hard but I'm not falling into that trap again).

Reached my goal on Father's day = 145 (although according to my BMI still "overweight)
Still losing ....now @ 139.5
