Thanks, Monica. Happier, yes. Healthier, beyond a doubt! Younger... well, two out of three ain't bad. My 40th birthday is now within spitting distance. (But I'll take happy and healthy over young any day of the week!)

... I'm still the same old me - just with a lot less padding!

my 48th bday is next week...arrrghhh.... but i'm healthier than i've ever been, so its not so hard.
