What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

I sometimes get the dizzyines when I have not had enough fluids. I find I need water and coffee does not do it. So if I drink the wrong things I get dizzy

Ran day one of 1/2 marathon training thanks to Hal Higdon iPhone app

S-2 baby bell (pre-run)
B-Oikos yogurt, protein
S-coffee with milk
L- cottage cheese and cherries
S- organic spelt bread and laughing cow
D- egg, almonds, salad
S-soy milk

I read that I should eat in the morning before running, so I thought I'd try the baby bells a half hour before my run. It is weird to eat and wait to run but with starting to train for longer distances I thought I should start changing my habits.
