Hamilton/Burlington WLS Support Meeting

Hi All,  The next meeting will be on Sat. August 25th., 10:00 a.m. until noon.  Discussion topic. along with everything else talked about, will be "Protein".  Hope everyone can make it and as always, it would be great to welcome some new faces!

gotta post location or we won't get the "new faces" to attend.. and dummy me.. forgets if it's on walker's or appleby line? i just put the car in drive and it knows where to go!
