What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)

Hey Karen, hope so much of your day goes better.

Ran 2 miles in the rain, I'm beginning to feel like those crazy people I've always talked about.

Last night I had a thin slice of organic spelt bread with peanut butter and I feel like it is still stuck in my stomach. I've never had this feeling before so I'm taking it easy on what I eat today to see if the feeling goes away.

Oikos and protein, for breaky and softish foods for the rest of the day.

Morning;

My tank is empty again with a very intense week still to go....not sleeping....will not be taking any time off this week....just got to make it to next Thursday when I escape north for 5 days...


Thanks goodness the bar fridge in my office is well stocked with good eats.....too tired to think right now

B - protein shake

s - yogurt with berries

l - either tuna salad or shrimp ****tail....have both

s - whichever I didnt eat for lunch

d - chicken souvlaki with tzatziki and roasted veggies with goat cheese

s - hopefully some sleep

All water - vits - loads of coffee

Ugh, I can totally relate Barb.  I have not slept, even for a few minutes, in 2 friggin' nights.  I'm surprised I can still type and read and **** lol

P.S.  I want a bar fridge in *my* office.  That would be so convenient!

It certainly is a dreary day. I was going to go for an aqua fit class but woke up feeling aweful. Think I'm coming down with a sinus cold. My side has not healed yet from my fall so think I will baby myself for today.
Good luck with your appt's Karen. Hope it works out for you to have it all done at once.

Hmm, sorry about the creepy man on the bus!  I witnessed a similar one that was clearly enjoying himself thru his pants when I was in college.  I believe he was challenged, but ughh, not a pretty sight.

Good luck on your plastics consult!  I'm curious about something.  I know you and I share the flat butt issue.  Is there a way that they could lipo some tummy/love handle fat and auto augment the buttocks?  Wishful thinking?

I believe so, yes!  That could be included in a butt-lift.  I'll settle for my flat butt. lol
