Hi Niki, I just received it in the mail and have tried it, it is not bad, sweet and nutty (I got the chocolate), not as thick as costco but I made it with water, next I am going to make it with milk....I like the powder because you can add it into receipes!

You had me until I saw the ingredients. Unfortunately I do not tolerate xanthan gum. Although it would help my contipation! LOL

 The unflavoured "flavour" does not have xanthan gum.  On their website, it shows only whey protein isolate as the only ingredient for this flavour.

Have you or anyone else tried the flavours? I'm a little hesitant to buy before I try. ..Maybe I'll check if I can get samples somehwere....

Thanks!!!! I bought the 5lb, I am not fussy (when it come to things like this...veggies is another story!) Beats the costco shakes 18 for 27.99 I believe or something like that, I think this will last way longer....I hope!
