Funny you should ask that. He (had) an incredible, intelligent, *sigh*.. I can't say enough about her... girlfriend until last night. He and I had a serious talk the other day about where he was headed and the possible pressure that Robin was placing on him for more of his time. And committment I'm sure. When I listened to everything he had to say, I just hugged him and told him he was wonderful. And then I looked him straight in the eye and asked him if he loves her, which he does, deeply. My advice to him then was to let her go. He's not ready, she totally is and she deserves everything. As sad as it is, he made the right choice. He let her go and be the awesome person that she is.

Anyway, enough of my drivelling - he has a house at Bathurst and Ossington and is working at Bathurst and Bloor. But I'm sure come this time next year he'll be looking for new roommates. LOL

Good Sunday morning!
I never do this thread though I read it all the time. Feeling the need for accountability this week.
Today I'm doing a 5k in Caledon with Kinetico. Afterwards the kids are doing the 1-mile fun run. First time I've been able to mentor my kids to do something healthy & it feels really good.
B - coffee, protein shake
S - Kashi cereal, yogurt & berries
L - shrimp, cucumber slices, melba rounds, string cheese
S - banana & PB wrap, cut in pinwheels (good bulk before my run)
D - don't know - going to monster-in-law's for dinner tonight :(

Working soon BOOOO! This is officially my LAST weekend to work for at least a month, I said that last week- but I'm too nice and some people asked me to switch them ...
It's been a busy week of working and wedding shopping (WOOT!!) and I suspect it will be the same this week.
I start my new shift tomorrow, working 12-8 then cleaning houses on the side too. Bridal party breakie to do more planning, then friday steve and I are off to the falls for the weekend, WOOOOHOOOO! gobble gobble!
I have been trying new things in the last few days, so I will be eating them today.
2yrs post-op, maintaining
B- bacon and scrambled eggs w/cheese
S- protein shake, almonds
L- CHEESE lasagna (I found on allrecipes.com)
S- no bake energy balls
D- hmmm, dunno yet... maybe fish
S- cheese and crackers or something
all liquids and vitamins in
