I might give it a try. Other than crackers (and that nasty two slices of bread I had on the weekend) my carbs consist of veggies, and some fruit.
Perhaps I'll join you by cutting out crackers LOL

Been thinking of this diet lately, too many carbs in my diet again. And Thanksgiving happened. Just have to remind myself that I'm doing it. And figure out how to drink my strawberry kiwi protein shake.... not my fav flavour, next time something I have a better chance of liking.
This should be an easy week to plan my meals then!
