I met my first goal!!!

I feel so good about meeting my first goal.
I wanted to lose 70lbs before surgery and I did it!!!

Pre-op went well today, and everything is set for next Thursday.
One and a half weeks left of opti-fast :-)

Thanks Ian, I have a long way to go, but the doctor had told me every pound I lose before surgery will help to reduce the risks and complications during surgery, so I have been cracking the whip on myself the past 5 months!! I keep reminding myself "I can do hard things", and looking at my goals.
The support I have received on here has been awesome too! Thanks everyone
