Good morning!

This is my first post here - I am 3 days post my RNY.  After a couple of days of jus****er, broth and jell-o at the hospital, My mantra for today is protein, protein, protein!

It's hard to separate the meals since I'm pretty much sipping in 30 ml increments all day long, but here's what I'm hoping to get in today:

B - 1/3 cup protein shake,  some hot cereal with milk and some unflavoured protein powder.  Multivitamin. 

S - 1/3 cup protein shake, Calcium.

L - some cream soup with protein powder, some applesauce, 1/3 cup protein shake, Calcium.

S - 1/3 cup protein shake, Iron.

D - some greek yogurt with sugar free syrup to flavour, 1/3 cup protein shake, Calcium. 

S - 1/3 cup protein shake, B12

Bedtime - Multivitamin

I also plan to sip water all day!

 Well, not exciting food but it does get better.  I can combine some of my supplements, but taking them apart doesn't hurt.

Thanks!  I know I can't take my iron anywhere near my calcium, but you're right that I can probably look into combining some of the others so I'm not taking them all day long.

JMP sounds like a good plan. Hope you are feeling good after your surgery. Home sick again today. Had only liquids yesterday. Seems like I am starting my 5 day puch test early. Lost 2 lbs.
b. greek yogurt raspberries coffee
s. protein shake
l lentil  and barley soup
s. not sure may sleep through it
d. more soup lentel or turkey
s. protein shake

Have a great day everyone. I will probably sleep. I took a daytime cold med but It is not waking me up
