Must have been nerves, shake 2 didn't cause a reaction.  Having broth now.  Plans change.  At least I've gotten 2 shakes in today,  Figure the broth tastes better than water ;o)

Hi Karen - Sorry  to write on here, but couldn't find you for a friend request or to sent a personal message.

Curious, why are you doing this challenge? Are you having troubles or just trying to shake things up. I have always found you to be a leader on this forum and after 6+ years your knowledge is  very helpful.

I have been trying to aim for a balanced post op diet, whi*****ludes carbs.....please shed some light.

Your journey has been inspirational and a road map, so hoping you can help.

I like to do this challenge every once in a while. Sometimes carbs sneak into my diet and when I feel like I need to cut back on them, I do this for 5 days.  I find it very simple and actually enjoy it. Protein, yay!  Nope, not having troubles.  Just shaking things up a little. :)

Yes, carbs have to be part of your diet - as per your balanced statement - this is simply to get "back on track".

I'm going to TRY to follow along, but because I am unprepared (didn't shop for this) I may have to wing it.
