Glad to see you posting again. Sorry, can't comment on iron supplements - so far I'm giving a try to tender iron from Vitalady, but my guess, it's not going to be enough pretty soon. Had the same bleeding issue, quickly fixed it with Mirena IUD - works like a charm.

I'm also getting close to my fourth surgiversary - next week, also bounce 10 pounds up from my lowest and back down once in a while, lol.

4 YEARS!!! Wow it's been THAT long eh!? Time sure flys! Congrats to You!! hahahaha

My Gyno suggested that IUD, but I'm not a real fan of the idea and the hormones. Plus im done my family and want a more perm solution. I've heard mixed reviews about it, something just doesnt sit right with me so I'm going with my gut on that one. I'm glad it's working wonderful for you tho!!

Congrats on the great weightloss and maintenance!  I've heard lots of good things about both Proferrin and Feramax, but I don't have iron issues, so I'll leave that to the experts.  I would seek out Oknee, if she is available, but she is having problems of her own (non iron), but she is the iron expert around here.

I wanted to comment on the ablation - you're going to be verrrrrry happy with it, if you are anything like me, what a difference!  It was way before wls, so my iron never got low (cause I was feeding my tired body, an awful lot)!!

I take Feramax too!  I still have low iron even when on it but it's the only thing that has at least increased my iron!
