WAY-TO-GO.  You must really see so many changes in yourself!  CONGRATS.  I am only 2 weeks out and will begin full fluids next week...whoohoo!  However, I have been thinking about the future and I will need some suggestions about how you got in all your protein once on soft / regular foods.  Would you be able to post some of the high protein foods you can tolerate (e.g., protein shakes, egg, greek yogurt) that get you all the protein you require.  How many grams do you require?  I have heard each of is different and it depends on our weight upon the one month mark.  Hope you can help.

I am 9 weeks out and on busy days I still need to have a shake to get the protein in or a protein bar- I am just starting to eat them and often forget that I have them as an option-duh moments lol. I love cheese strings- they are my kinda go to snack in  a hurry.
You will love full fluids--and before you know it you will be on soft and then that again opens up a world of variety- keep up the good work and welcome to the bench!!

Read lots on here, there's lots of information and ideas on foods in the full fluids phase. When I was early out I got my protein from Premier shakes (you can get them at Costco) but now protein supplements make me vomit so I can't do them anymore. Protein is still a struggle, but I work at it every day.

WAY TO GO!

Please... Try not to be too sad about where you have been. It has taught you where you don't want to end up again. A starting point that you can be proud to never see again.

Congrats!!!!  Don't allow yourself to dwell on the past- My favorite line is "The past is the past and can never be changed, but the future is what ever you want it to be".
