Protein Bars???

The Pure Proteins are about $1 a bar at Cost Co and low sugar high protein (2 g, 20 g).

I like the taste of the Protilife brand at Shoppers (about $2 a bar) 2 g sugar 15 g protein.

Atkins has a line of high protein breakfast & other bars out (breakfast 150 cals, other 200 cals) with the protein sugar and fiber on the box in big letters, also at Shoppers, also about $2 a bar.

Special K has a protein water they sell in the U.S. called K2O.

For myself I only buy Pure Protein

and Luna bars, which don;t have as much protein as the above but are still tasty and have a huge variety....so I am not familiar with the ones you are speaking about

my family including my husband and son eat other types of protein bars which usually have too much sugar in them or are for muscle building

i just tried the premier bars , can only eat 1/4 at a time because im just 11 days post op ,,but they are very yummy and 30 grams of protien
