KCC Challenge - Day 5! YAY!
We made it! Our last day today consists of dense protein choices - beef, chicken, lamb, pork.... whatever you would like! Don't forget that we have only 15 minutes at each sitting. I have a large egg bite leftover that I'm going to have for breakfast and then it's on to chicken, chicken, chicken!
B - coffee with milk x 2, large egg bite
S - protein shake and then 2 oz of chicken breast, a tiny bit of tzatziki
L - 3 oz chicken and some leftover tuna
S - chicken!
D - 3 oz grilled steak

Morning Everyone!
Yippee! well, actually, I found I can actually make eggs in the morning, if I put my mind to it.
Monica, don't worry about it, I haven't followed strictly either.
Today:
B - cheese string and 1/2 an apple (forgot to make my eggs and this was ready to go) & dec. coffee.
S - Yogurt
L - Chili
S - chili
D - ? see when I get home.
Glad I made the homemade chili, I was missing it. And now I can freeze some for another day.

B - tea with splenda X2, large hard boiled egg
S - 3 tiny pieces of low fat swiss cheese
L - 4 oz tuna on lettuce
S - 3 tiny pieces of low fat swiss cheese & 1/2 cup red seedless grapes
D - Spinach, Cheese & Ham stuffed Chicken from Sparkpeople recipe (low carb, high protein)

Congrats to everyone that participated along with Karen. I did the five day pouch test a few months back and failed miserably. I think I'll give it another go a round the next time someone starts a KCC.
