Here is Sault Ste. Marie the winds are starting to pick up and so cold out .. we are suppose to get snow starting tonight rather than the rain that Southern Ontario is to get. Hubby is in his transport in Brantford waiting to load for Michigan in the morning. I'm going insane with him out there.

Keep safe everyone

The wind has really picked up here in the east end of downtown Toronto.  Some rain happening - nothing too terribly extreme yet, but it's getting stronger and stronger.

Very windy here and the leaves off of our 5 huge maple trees have blown BACK into our yard!  Damnit, we're happier when they blow out!

Let me just say that I do not have regrets (now) that we did not spend the weekend raking and blowing leaves.  Our huge birch tree and a sunburst locust tree that both seem to take forever to give up their leaves are now pretty much bare and the wind is directing them elsewhere.  Be safe everyone and home damage is minimal.

Not affecting me in Thunder Bay, but couldn't believe what I was seeing on the weather channel.  Stays safe everyone.  It's a brutal storm.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

I am in the Beach area, Toronto. The winds have definitely picked up. The rains pretty strong. My husband tried to take the dog out. He went onto the lawn , peed and headed back in. Smart animal. We have a lot of old trees. Worried some will come down. Last storm our neighbour across the street had a limb land on the front of his car.
