I am dragging myself around today! I forced myself to stay awake until I could be certain about who won the election in the USA. When I finally could breathe again I went to bed!

I'm exhausted today. I can't wait for Friday, when our AGM is over. At least I have a yummy hot breakfast to look forward to that day!
Spinning today, and weights. Yesterday I didn't get to do the weights, I hit a sugar low for the first time in a long time, right at the end of class. Disappointed, but health first.
Last night's dinner was not all it was cracked up to be. Needless to say they comped us our wine, but I still wrote to them to let them know about their service. Big long story there. At least I have leftovers for lunch.

B: Protein coffee, and I was going to do strawberries and cheese, when I plugged it into MFP, and protein was low. my 27 grams of goat yogurt is hard to give up. So the usual goat yogurt and NSA pudding with Original Fibre one (2 tbsp)
S: spreadable goat cheese I found on sale and ryvita
L: leftover lasagna. I decided to eat the meat and cheese, which would be less carbs. And a small amount of the pasta. MFP doesn't account for how much of the pasta I consume. So, my carbs will be higher than the actual.
S: Venti Vanilla latte (no really, i'm having my freebie today....lol. Yesterday my boss did a spur of the moment starbucks run, while I showed them my presentation for our AGM).
D: The rest of the chili made forever ago. LOL

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I made it through a very tough night last night. I was starving!
Today I will have my 4 shakes and some broth spiced up the way I like it and maybe a sugar free jello.
Tea when I get hunger pains.
I walked the dog this am and am planning on getting more sorted around the house for my surgery (a week from tomorrow)

l- 2 turkey pepperoni sticks, 1 mini egg bite 1/4c roasted pumpkin seeds

s- need protein before Zumba.... 1/2 Mio bar
d- ham and veggies around 8pm.
haven't done the tally yet but if I am still hungry at any point I will add only protein....
