CRAZY Transcanada Challenge: Time to post your KMs (Nov 5-Nov 11)
First, please accept my sincerest apologies for being MIA the past week. I'd been ill then some personal issues seem to have overtaken all my time. I'd also like to especially apologize to The A-Team because for the first time in months my mileage has been less than stellar. I'm hopeful to get back on track this week but I'm finding it difficult to find my "Get-Up-and-Go".
Regardless, I managed 20 K last week (far short of the 50 K I committed to!) I'm hoping everyone else's weeks were better. ![]()
I'll accept updates on this thread until about 5:00 tomorrow morning then will post the updates from last week and this week.
Once again, please accept my sincerest apologies. ![]()
No apologies needed!!
I had a great week, and I think this week will definitely be less, as I will do less spinning and more running.
Spin class X 5 = 125 km
Elliptical for 15 min = 1.5 km
Run - 7 k
Walk around the zoo in Peterborough = 1.5k :-) For a total of....holy crap....135k for Team C.
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
OMG!!! Good stuff Kelly!!!

I am working through mine by exercising more. Somehow I missed posting my kilometers last week so the combined kilometers is 112 for the two weeks.
I should also give notice that for December I will be gone December 1-23 and I know for two of those weeks I won't have internet connection because I won't pay the exorbitant prices they want on a cruise ship. So please be lenient with my kilometer posting for that time. I will post when I return. I will once again run the ship and use the stationary bikes as I did last year when I challenged myself with my run/walk/bike challenge of over 3500k last year for a fund raiser.
