I know I haven't been on in forever, I have just been so busy with my life. SO I thought while I had a down minute I would fill you all in.

I am now sitting at a beautiful 173lbs, I am in a size 12 and I am happier than I have been in sooooo many years.

I want to thank all of you who supported me through my crazy and regret. It really did make a world of difference! So I bow to you!

It`s so true. Once you start to feel better, you`re out there, living life to the fullest. It`s nice that you popped back in. Glad to hear things are going so well for you.

I`m also happy to hear that you`ve passed through regret and into the new world.

Thank you for thinking of me. We are in the throws of hockey season I started a new job and am just soo busy, I havent had much time to even breathe. I am going to make a real effort to try to drop in at least once a week.

Congrats!! I'm so happy for you!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
