4 days of Opti = -13lbs

Yep.. 4 full days completed ( on day 5 now) and I have weighed myself ( every friday is my weigh in day for me...) I had to step on the scale a few times to believe this.... wow... I know it will slow down the next two weeks.. but it made me feel proud that I was actually able to do this :)
