It's been a while since I've made it to the OH site lately... 'Tis the time of year for chaos and Christmas parties. Amidst the hustle and bustle, I've been fairing well though. I've been keeping up with my running, and recently committed myself to the Resolution Run (5K) on January 1st. I sure hope it's a mild first day of the year!

I'm down 117lbs and 74 inches. I'm 2lbs away from my clinic's goal for me, and 12lbs away from my personal goal for myself. My one year anniversary is next month, and I am truly amazed at how far I've come. I can remember the desperation a year ago, when all I wanted to do is hurry up and get this surgery so I could get on with my life. Now I am rocking my RNY like a RockStar!

Just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello... and remind the newbies and the people waiting for their surgeries, that it is well worth the wait! Dare to dream about the possibilities for your new life... and then chase after those dreams like the RockStar you really are.

ps Sorry it has taken me so long to add a blogpost... but I've been super busy Loving and Living Life!
