Congrats!! I never would have thought I would love running either. It just seems so....wrong! LOL

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Thanks Karen!  And I have to say that you played a huge part in getting me there.  I remember sending you a message about meeting for coffee and you were so quick to reply with a "SURE!", and made time to her me and answer my questions.   That made a huge impact on my decision to continue forward and I'll always be thankful for that!  You are a jewel!
