Ricotta cheese (sweeter than cottage cheese) and a tablespoon of delicious NSA jam.

2-3 Rice cakes (big plain) margerine/butter and NSA / SF Jam

I also can't do eggs (6 months) nor wheat.  I like oatmeal but not every day !

These are the kinds of things that I like to eat for breakfast...

2 mini protein muffins and 2 babybel cheese with a piece of fruit (apple or banana)

kashi go lean and greek yogurt (I like this better than having it with skim milk)

cottage cheese with cinnamon and splenda

Egg creations (an egg substitute...half the calories of an egg with all the protein) omelette with cheese and veggies in it

bariatric foodie's baked protien oatmeal

Eggface's eggbites...I make various kinds

greek yogurt, frozen blueberries and flax seed (sometimes I'll add a sprinkle of some fiber 1 cereal)

low carb soy/oatmeal hot cereal mixed with almonds and raisins

breakfast sausage or bacon....the low fat, turkey versions or sometimes yves veggie versions

my fav is a thick slice of toupee ham bbq'd and a poached egg.  I also really like a hot breakfast cereal (oat bran is my fav, but could be oatmeal or cream of wheat) served over a half mashed up banana with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg and a teaspoon of maple syrup.  I'm getting ideas from your post Deb, thanks!  kiss

I am very boring. Just about every morning I have greek yogurt 0% not flavoured (they usually have too much sugar) and home made granola with some small amount of fresh fruit added.

Most mornings I have Greek yogurt with fruit and bran buds or eggs.  This morning I made an egg white omelet with diced asparagus, sausage, cherry tomatoes and one la creme cheese wedge.  It was yummy!

I have written down all of your breakfast choices in my book and am going to try them all. Now put your thinking caps on becasuse in a day or so I am going to post the same question regarding lunches. Thanks to a wonderful OH family.

A lot of times I go for the fast version, because I gotta get to work. I actually use a Premier protein shake as my milk and add it to wheatabix. Protein and fiber, low sugar. I like it. I can get this in the hour I have before work.

I can do eggs, and when I have the time to enjoy them I do them, so they are a weekend thing.

I also do the fat free greek yougurt, with some red bran for the fiber and protein. I do use sugar free jams sometimes, but I mostly use those when I',m having cottage cheese to remove the boring factor.

What an idea, I never thought of putting the protein shake on the cereal.  I am going to give this a try. Thanks

I will either have some cottage cheese with some banana slices or pineapple chunks in it, greek yogurt, OR I make Quinoa Pilaf with Dried Cherries & Pecans in a big batch on the weekend then just reheat in the microwave with a little milk and voila. One recipe makes breakfast all week.

I really like protein pancakes- they make 2 large pancakes and I eat 1/2 for breaky with sugar free syrup- keeps well in the fridge- so recipy is good for 4 mornings!!

1/2 c oats

1/2 c boiling water

1 egg

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 c fruit (fresh or thawed)

add water to oats and let sit for 1 min., add rest of ingredients and then fry in a lightly greased pan--enjoy!!

I also like 2 ingred. pancakes

1 mashed banana with 2 eggs- blend and fry in lightly greased pan--these are on the fragile side and are a bit tricky to flip.
