Decaf tea/coffee
A silly question....but if i cant ask here where all the wisdom and knowledge is. Where can i go lol
I was just wondering....how much decaf coffee/tea is to much in one day?
I was looking threw my log and realized i had three cups of decaf tea yesterday....wowzers its just so much nicer than water sometimes.
I do not have it strong very weak. Infact i reuse my tea bag twice. I use half a pack of sweatner and a little skim milk.
Just curious if there is a limit to our intake. Also wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for warm beverages... warm is so much easier to take down.
Thanks

Three does not sound like a lot. I wouldn't worry.
For those doing decaf... If you have the stuff for loose leaf or any interest in it check out Rooibos Teas. They are caffeine free. They sell them through all the tea companies like Teaopia in the malls, I think starbucks has some now, Steeped Tea (where most of mine are from)... They come in amazing flavours and are lovely.
I am a bit of a tea junkie and have about 25-50 varieties on hand at any given time but the only ones that make me panic when they get low are my rooibos because I can drink them all day every day.
Eek!
No but I have had it happen from some Chai blends. I tend to be really particular with my Chai because of it. Chai is a unique blend of spices and it varies from place to place... person to person.
Was it a commercial brand or did someone adjust a rooibos to a chai rooibos (if you know).
