Great site for resizing pics for your OH avatar

I know people are always looking for sites to do this and I found this one to be very easy.  It even allows you to pick special effects and to edit your pic (eg. crop).

I up loaded pics to my photos page but have not figured out how to get them on this page. Any suggestions

If you mean how to get a photo into a thread, I'll tell you the way I do it.  There might be a simpler way, but.....

I open 2 windows, each with OH up.  One I use on window to post my thread (click "New Topic" and get the editor ready to type in), the other window is opened up to my photos page, on the photo that I want to use.  Then I simply right-click on the photo and copy.  I then go to the window with my thread and I paste it into the thread I am writing.  Bingo-bango.  May not be the right way, but it works.
