What an ordeal! While I sympathize with you, you sound like someone *****ally should have a lawyer. While I am nothing of the sort, I would suggest you stop talking about this until you have talked at length with one. This sort of thing can really screw your options up later. Interesting experience you have here and it's great to hear about some of the problems that can happen with these procedures. I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for posting this, OKNEE. I'm glad you posted it - people do need to know that this surgery isn't always perfect and that things can go wrong. If no one posted about complications, people wouldn't realize that it's a serious surgery and that there are some risks.
I hope you're able to be sprung soon! If I'm ever in the area, you can bet I'll pop in. I'm not very often - I live in east Toronto near TEGH - but you never know...
