Access skin on arms
Keep your skin moisturized, and build muscle. You don't have to look like a body builder, but the more muscle you have the less loose skin you will have. Most muscle between the shoulder and the elbow is on the back of the arm. This is where to put in most of the work. Shoulders should not be over looked as they too will help to reduce loose skin in that area. I was kinda nervous about this too though I am a guy. My personal trainer taught me a dozen exercises to do for the arms and shoulders that have really made a huge difference and it's really coming along.
So before you get all worked up about another surgery, look into some dumbbells and work those guns! ![]()
Long you live and high you fly
And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be.

You can work to tone the muscle and the skin may bounce back some over time.
It will cost somewhere around 6-7K to have the excess skin on your arms removed.

My mother is post RNY and she was just at Dr.Nandagupal for her final Panni consult and she asked about the arms (batwings)....
$5000.00 per arm.
Hope that helps!

I will start working my guns lol...that is crazy how expensive it is to remove skin from the arms! I have a lot more weight to go so ill do my best to get my arms fit and then see what happens
