Congratulations! Sounds like you're doing great!
I've noticed some car NSVs too, and I notice them a lot more because it's not gradual for me. I don't own a car, so I am a member of Autoshare here in Toronto, and I only book a car maybe every couple of weeks or so, if I need to leave the city for something or run a heavy errand.
So I've been noticing bigger differences all at once - the driver's seat is way roomier in all the models I'm getting - don't have to worry about which model anymore. Seatbelts fit better. Heck, back seat seatbelts fit not too badly in most cars now when I'm riding in other people's cars! And yes, I move the seat forward now because there isn't so much of me stretching out toward the wheel.
