What exercise are you doing today??

Working with my personal trainer tonight. First real session with the new trainer. Hoping she's going to kick my butt. Verdict is still out on her, but will definitely give her a shot. Will also add at least 30 minutes of cardio on my own to my session -- probably on the elliptical trainer.
And someone asked how many kilometres for 10,000 steps -- my readings, according to my fitbit, have been just over the 8km mark for 10,000 steps. I'm guessing that your stride length might have some impact...
