RNY 3yrs post-op, maintaining
I will be having a lounging kind of morning then off to the golf course for a few hours of work and to the hospital til midnight. It was REALLY busy last night... babies babies babies everywhere...
B- 1 scrambled egg, 2slices bacon, 1/3c fresh made homefires
S- premier protein shake
L- salad w/ham cheese tomatoes and low cal italian dressing
S- nuts, premier protein shake
D- butternut squash soup (if the golf course still has some from yesterday)
S- dunno yet
all liquids in

We have to go to Toronto today for my son's specialist appointment and then we go camping- I find it hard to stay on track camping but have been doing better than in the past and will do lots of walking.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

LEANNE - you realize it was the Harvest Moon just a couple of nights ago, huh? No wonder there were babies babies babies everywhere.
B - Cheerios w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - 1 piece toast, greek joghurt w fresh blueberries
L - 2 turkey pepperettes, 21 g cheddar, 4 crackers
S - protein bar, 2nd coffee
D - nachos w homemade salsa and grilled steak-strips
SIN OF THE DAY
- 1 can of grapefruit beer (it's amazing) in the evening (followed by water+++).
2.5 years post-op, holding at 145 lbs.
