Thanks for starting the thread. I am having a slow morning today. Sore from yesterday. Did a lot of walking and biking and paying for it today. Fitbit says 18448. No wonder Im tired.

It's soft food day!!

Trying an egg to start and making turkey spinach meatballs today ... oh what a glorious day!

I am still not losing but it is the end of week 4 and some people do have that stall at 3 weeks.... so I am just holding my breath and staying on plan.

Good morning and happy Friday

I'm exhausted from last night's event. Got over 27k steps in....(10k from running, the rest from shopping one end of Bloor to the other.....in Yorkville that is). Oh and I ended up having wings and sweet potato fries after. Starving and being out late does not make for great choices.

Kids are off to Cub Camp tonight, it's go go go. Dinner will be in the car...boo. No time to prep even. Oh well.  

B: protein shake, Queen Street White Bean with Grape Skin Flour Bread, almond butter

S: rest of turkey meatball from yesterday

L: chicken and feta with kale and corn salad

S: probably my cheesecake....i'm too tired to think of something exciting

D: unsure. Maybe Wendy's chili?

RNY, 11 months post-op

Good afternoon, everyone!  Another busy day and week - I'm exhausted!  I am definitely taking a break from working this weekend - I'm starting to feel burnt out and I've only been in this job for a month!

I ran 60 mins this morning, and I think I got in over 10KM based on where I finished compared to previous runs!  I'll map it later to be sure.  I do feel my pace is getting better each time.

Here's my eating/plan for the day:
B - Protein bar pre-run, shake with banana and PB2 post-run

S - 2 turkey pepperettes

L - 1 egg, 1 cheesestring, 1 pudding, 1 protein bar (was in the car on the way to a meeting)

S - Hummus with carrots, babybell cheese, raspberries/blackberries, PB

D - Out for my Mom's B-day - going to have some protein and greens - missing veggies today!  I counted some chicken and salad in the tracker, but may have to add a bit more.

S - Cottage cheese with splenda/cinnamon, glass of wine

Totals - 1520 calories, 115g carbs, 56g fat, 146g protein
