"Stable mood" questions
Well I guess I can just hope for the best and try to prepare as best I can. I am seeing a psychologist through my doctor's office, so I guess that will be helpful. My thing is that I have had a lot of stress the past year (job loss, new job, severe knee injury, tons of overtime etc.) and it resulted in me being exhausted all the time for about 4-5 months. I was still able to go to work but it took all my effort just to do the basics, with nothing left for enjoyment. My weight does no help either, as it exhausts me even further. So my doctor switched medications to one that is more energy-enhancing to try to help. And it has helped and I feel a lot better, though still more tired than usual. But its true I do not want to have surgery if I am not ready/able, that would not be good either. I guess I will have to see... Thank you for your replies everyone!
