Ottawa - 1st assessment - mail or phone?

Hi there, Does anyone in Ottawa know whether your appointment for the 1st assessment is given by mail or phonecall? I am having trouble getting anyone on the phone, keep getting the machine. Appreciate any info.

You will be called with a date, mine was 4 months after my orientation. They will send you a requisition to get blood work done, prior to your appointment.

Hello

. The only paperwork I received by mail was for the orientation and for any testing/procedures I had done. The other appointments were made by phone (as in they phone you). Best of luck to you!

I had my orientation just less than a month before you and I got the call for my first appointment today :)

The appointment is on November 6th but they said I could call for cancelations as well since I'm not working for a few months.
