Will they refuse/delay process due to pulled abdominal muscle
So I pulled the muscle that is in and over my ribcage on one side and have been told to try to rest it as much as possible. This is not easy as the side muscles are used a lot in most movements. Anyways, it means nothing but the essential amount of movement until it heals, which can take several more months. Which means I could have my assessment before it heals. I am really ticked off because I have been increasing my walking and now I have to stop. I am also worried that if my assessment comes up that I have to say I am not exercising due to an injury and that that will delay the process. I wanted to show them that I am serious and already taking healthy steps, but exercise can't be one of them for now. Anyone else had an injury? Did it delay the process?

I had a knee injury (and still have it) and they did my surgery Aug 28th. Keep trying to do your best and look into alternative exercises that won't use that area (I had to do some sitting exercises to help me exercise...I'm not sure if there are alternative exercises for your injury but its worth looking into). Hope you heal soon and good luck!
