I had my 6 month follow up - everything is good and Nurse and Dietician were thrilled with my progress. The dietician was happy with my food and no issues and said she had no "lectures" for me. It really felt nice. I went to have further blood work done - the lady doing my blood work did a double take and said "You are so skinny, are you sure you are from the (bariatric) clinic?" lol LOVE HER!! even if she was blowing smoke up my a$$ I love I anyway!!

Happy Holidays everyone!! Pre-op and post-op - stay focussed and eye on the prize!!
