Good morning,

Raining today, I want to stay in bed with the blankets over my head today. Headache when I got up and sore throat...

Second last day of work for me. 4

Whats  everyone else up to?

 

B- 1/4 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Source yogurt, protein coffee

S- babybel, grapes

L- Tuna , sweet kale salad

D- 1/4 cup spag squash w/ 1/3 cup ground chicken, mushrooms and tomatos

S- 1/3 cup greek yogurt w/ fresh pineapple

Morning

Office work this morning.....high school friends coming for dinner this evening....my eats will be more then usual....

STEPS - 8690

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

L - leftover PC Blue Menu crispy chicken pieces

 

S - 9 low sodium triscuits with 1/4 cup of habanero melted on top

 

D - 10 oz wine

     4 crackers with cheese

     4 oz maple glazed salmon

      2/3 cup of kale salad

      4 grilled asparagus spears wrapped in prosciutto

      few strawberries

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,469,  Carbs - 108 Grams,  Fat - 53 Grams,  Protein - 83 Grams

 

All water and vits.....more decaf coffee

Good morning all, busy day today. Thursdays are always crazy at work but tonight will be worse. We have our annual Strawberry Social and Silent Auction. I work mostly on the auction so end of night is busy.

Fitbit is not working. I can not get it to log my food so do not know my totals. I think they will be okay but do not know.

Morning all :)

Heard a sneaky raccoon rummaging in my garbage bin late last night - scared him off but I'm sure he's left a mess in there, so re-bagging is likely first on the to-do list today. At least he was gracious enough not to drag it OUT of the bin, the little f**ker. Other than that a walk, some cooking (craving crustless quiche), Andrew is coming for dinner and cards.

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, iogo 0%

S - Premier protein shake

L - slice of leftover thin crust pizza, 1/3 cup ginger bok choy salad

S - muffin-sized egg bite (crustless quiche)

D - BBQ pork tenderloin (3 oz), grilled veggie skewer, 1/3 cup ginger bok choy salad

S - Chike protein iced coffee (if I want a snack)

Went to Bootcamp. Didn't get as good a workout as I would have liked since I am still ridiculously sore from Tuesday's Bootcamp. Feeling peckish, but tomorrow is weigh in day (gulp) and I'm already at 1360 calories

2.5 years post op

B: 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 alpen cereal, chia seeds & matcha
S: 1 simply protein mini bar
L: can of tuna, 30g of avocado, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/4 spinach and arugula
S: pear, quest protein bar
Post bootcamp: banana, 2 tbsp of PB, 1 slice of WW bread
D: Cod fillet, 1/2 cup broccoli and cauliflower, 1 square dark chocolate
