Onederland WOOHOO

I never thought I would see this day. RNY August 8th and as of this morning I am weighing in at 199lbs from 283.8lbs. I swore I wouldn't weight myself till New Years but I couldn't wait and I'm glad I didn't. This has been an amazing adventure, I haven't really hit too many downs during this adventure. I can say this is the BEST decision I have made for myself. I still keep it a secret the best I can but to be honest I just want to scream it from the roof top; however, I don't because the in laws are very judgemental and I don't want the negativity to drag me down. 

Congratulations on your success.  Hearing reprts like this is so inspiring.  My surgery is January 28 and I cant weight to finally be on the bench.

Way to go girl!  I am at 204 as of yesterday, was hoping to be un onederland by 2015, but looks like I will not quite make it.  Very happy for you and hope to join you hopefully in a few weeks!

Thank You everyone. It has been a great experience and I hope the next 5-6mths continue to go smoothly and the scale continues to go down. I feel great it has been amazing. I can shop in the womens section, I always wore men's sweaters because I hated feeling so restricted in women's shirts and now I love going to the women's section knowing I will most likely fit into whatever it is I am looking at. I would like to lose another 40-50lbs and call it goal and I know I would still be considered overweight but I would be comfortable in that range and 100% healthier then I ever was before.
