Peppermint extract! I found it helped my upset stomach.

I am currently just finished week 1 of 3 
and so far decaf coffee and the sugar free syrups have been working I really like the salted caramel and the vanilla almond I paid $5.99 at home sense for mine.

Hello My Weight loss Friends
Was wondering if anyone knew or did pay to get a private room at st. Joe's ? I am having my surgery on Jan 25th and also are spouses allowed to stay with you all the time? My husband will be with me and I would like him to stay with me.

I had my appointment with the surgeon on Monday . Five weeks and everything is healing well.
I am still a little tired but regaining energy as I get better at sipping and getting enough fluid in (this is way harder than I anticipated ) .
I'm surprised at how quickly the weight is disappearing. I had been pleased with the 20 lbs I lost between May and November and am thrilled with the 38lb I have lost in the 7 wks since starting opti fast & surgery.
Going back to work in 3 wks so starting to follow my work day routine so I can work out any eating/drinking glitches and make the transition as smooth as possible.
Gotta say having this surgery is the best thing I have done for myself in a very very long time ?
Decaf coffee with almond extract and or coconut extract were my go to for the chocolate shakes. I also added another cup of water. It diluted the chemical sweetener taste.
When I did it, I put more water than directed on the packet and blended it with ice and a syrup I found at winners/homesense. Peanut butter cup was my absolute favourite! Good luck!
