okie dokie Stuffed Mushrooms 2   tubes Jimmy Dean Hot sausage. I use the mild as hot is too hot for me 1 1/2 cups Pepper Jack cheese (grated) 8 oz Cream Cheese Garlic Salt mix all together and fill the mushrooms. Will fill about 50 large button mushrooms with stems removed. Bake @ 350 F for 20-30 mins, tops brown. There usually is enough of the mix left over that I save it and mix with my meatloaf meats. Enjoy

Thanks Darlene, sounds yummy!  Maybe it could be tweaked by using lowfat sausage and cheeses.

Pat, what a coincidence - I posted a cheesy mushroom recipe, clicked back and here you are asking for one for stuffed mushrooms.  The cheesey mushroom recipe is actually one my daughter had for stuffed mushrooms that I adapted 'cause I was too lazy to stuff the little buggers!

Sounds good Debbie, but really want to do stuffed
Thinking I will use turkey sausage, and that should make it less caloriesDarlene's recipe sounds good, but would have to cut it down to about 1/4
