Important reminder abou****er.....
Oh Karen,
I know what you mean about the water. I spent overnight in the hospital because of dehydration. Stupid me, didn't drink all the water that I was supposed to drink and was watching television and felt a little sick at my stomach so I got up, went to the bathroom, and when I woke up, Kenny was shaking me. I don't know how long I was out since I couldn't remember going to the bathroom. Kenny found me there when he got off work at 11 pm. They liked to never got an iv since I was so dehydrated and were about to put one in my neck when the nurse said, got it. Every morning, I set out six bottles of water and put times on them so I know when I have to have one finished. The doctor that took care of me told me that I was lucky to be alive. Now if I could only remember to get my protein in.

GOD BLESS YOU TODAY
JAN COOK
thanks Jan.
I know I need to do the protein and I try, I really do, but it mostly comes back up. Tonight, I am trying an egg with cheese and it's the first protein that I've had all day. I did, though, get my water in and after the egg and cheese, later, I'll force a protein drink down and hope it stays down. I am so bad about protein. I love vegetables and can eat my weight in green and red and yellow ones. I am ten pounds below the weight my surgeon set for me but that was high so I'm not worried but am going to get my sixty of protein in or bust. LOL. I really try. But an egg and a slice of cheese is good and if I drink a drink with peanut butter in it too, then it's all good. Tomorrow, I'll eat chicken and do a drink.

Protein is tricky, too. I'm always taking protein bars, little bags of nuts, and now soy crisps with me when I'm out and about. Love those barbeque soy crisps!!
